I am loving the summer weather, even if it isn't very warm. At least it's sunny. There have been so many flowers this year, I've been having the time of my life. My camera hasn't gotten a rest in ages. Lets hope it keeps up! I haven't been very good at updating with all the photos, but I'm sure I'll get around to it soon enough.

I can no longer remain silent, because it's something that has been driving me crazy for too long. I absolutely adore macro photography, it brings a new perspective on something mundane. Like skin that normally looks so flawless and smooth turns into a desert landscape when you get close up to it. But recently I've seen a constant stream of macro photography that just does not appeal to me in any way. I'm sure you've seen it, and it's the dreaded picture of a feather with a glob of water, and attached to the glob is glitter.
